Ordering materials, supplies and ingredients based on demand and requisition from outlets and central kitchens.
- Control inventory and purchase all required food supplies. Analyzing and Maintain par stock levels based on demand.
- Perform as main contact for all matters related to kitchen production packaging, food and non-food supplies.
- Anticipate, identifies and corrects any issues with inventory, systems.
- Ensure entire kitchen staff and house-keeping staff are well dressed in uniforms provided by company. And are following all Hygiene standards as per SOP.
- Ensure products are stored at correct temperatures and in a clean, hygienic environment.
- Supervise kitchen cleanliness is maintained to acceptable standards.
- Monitor and Ensures compliance with State and local food handling requirements and standards. Timely checking on Fssai, structure and building Licenses.
- Supervise timely deliveries to various outlets as requisition. Maintaining of daily/ weekly delivery schedule and Ensuring it is followed.
- Create and maintain strictly Transfer out and transfer in procedures.
- Cross checking Production and dispatch. Highlight any discrepancies and suggestive corrective actions required.
- Maintain Monthly cost, production, inventory, wastage reports.
- Timely Escalation of any issues with Vendors, staff malpractices noticed within the unit of operations to Line manager, Purchase team, and dispatch team.
- Maintaining Petty cash records, submitting on time to finance to ensure the operations are not hampered.
- Overlooking GRN entries of all vendor deliveries.
- Timely Submitting the authorized delivery challans, vendor invoices physical copies to Turbhe HO for smooth the vendor payments cycle.
- Conduct training of any new recruits and retraining the existing staff on weekly basis.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
