Urgent requirement for Marketing Executive for South Goa Location.

Experience - 1- 3 Years in Sales & Marketing

Qualification: Diploma Agri or BBA Marketing

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Create awareness of the brand by implementing proper marketing strategies

2. Communicate with the target audience and build & develop customer relationship

3. Conduct market research

4. Networking with suppliers, large contractors, partner organizations and other business stakeholders

5. Monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns

6. Ensuring distribution of marketing material.

7. Monitor market trends, analyze customer market activities to identify opportunities

8. Developing and implementing strategies to meet the sales target

1. Recognize sales opportunities and identify potential new customers and to take necessary actions to ensure monthly goals are being met on a regular basis.

2. Maintain all standard reports, analyze and appraise monthly sales performance results

3. Develop a detailed data base of potential new customer/clients for the business

4. Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress

5. Organisation and coordination of all promotional activities

6. Organising and attending trade shows and exhibitions

7. Researching new market opportunities

8. Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends

9. Work closely with the sales management team to ensure a synergy of activity exists across the entire organization

10. To take responsibility for related and critical Key Performance Indicators
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing team.
- Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new Neera & Related product launches.
- Work closely with Production & Processing Teams to determine the most profitable course for each & existing and new product & existing product.
- Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company.
- Be a Team Player and work closely with Goa Team to ensure that we achieve the Company Targets.
- Work very closely and aggressively to Tap the IT Industry for the Health & Fitness Related products (Neera).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
