**Job Overview**

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, enthusiastic, intelligible, Casino Marketing Executive/officer. Who would study, observe and understand the business and accordingly execute/explain/implement/communicate the casino schemes/programs/events / offers /packages to the guests and agents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in doing market research by collecting data to develop marketing strategy and
plans.
- Develop a marketing plan and strategy to increase the guest count
- Develop casino schemes/event/programs/packages for business promotion
- Implement and execute the best marketing campaigns
- Communicate and explain different schemes/packages/programs to the marketing team along with the process and procedure. If required communicate / present / explain/describe casino programs/schemes / offers and promotions to guests and agents.
- Should travel outside the state of Goa, to other states of India for the promotion and development of business by organising and assisting in organising events to communicate schemes and offers to prospective guests for promotion and development of business.
- Work in a professional manner and capacity as a team leader
- Assist guest with their queries related to schemes/packages / events, etc.
- Execute all promotions and events with the assistance of the team members
- Ensure efficient and proper service for VIP guests.
- Study customer behavior and alter the promotional campaigns accordingly if required
- Stay updated about recent trends in the marketing industry
- Produce innovative and appealing content for the website and blog that fascinates and increases the followers

**Job Requirements**
- Graduate in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of computer functions: Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to think independently and resolve customer issues on the spot, calmly and professionally.
- Should be pro-active.
