Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads and Google Ads) to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Design and run A/B tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

Key Skills Required:

- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (AdWords) platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Expertise in PPC strategies and campaign optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred)
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results

Pay: ₹10,329.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
