**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG sales preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets
- Ensure regular market visits and retailer engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
- Drive new product launches and brand visibility in the market

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the FMCG sector
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and distributor network
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets under pressure
- Self-motivated and result-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
