**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive membership sales and meet monthly targets
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and leads from social media and other platforms
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up schedules

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in fitness/gym sales or similar industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven
- Passion for fitness and a positive, energetic attitude
