Job Responsibilities:

- Medium level proficiency is expected in Excel and Word.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Generates Invoices, Waybills and maintains accounts of different vendors and buyers.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Festivals and public holidays and weekends will be off.

Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
