**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory
- Maintain proper filing of documents (physical and digital)
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with HR functions such as attendance tracking and employee records
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partners
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and operational
**Accounting Duties**:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
- Maintain petty cash records and monthly expense reports
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations
- Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
