Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and the chairman's home.
- Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the chairman, both in the office and at home.
- Assist with household management tasks at the chairman's residence, such as overseeing household staff, coordinating events, and managing vendors.
- Handle personal errands and tasks for the chairman, as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ensure that both the office and the chairman's home are organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
- Act as a liaison between the chairman and other staff members, clients, and external partners.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the chairman or senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience of minimum 4 years in administrative support roles, with experience in a household or executive assistant capacity preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for travel between the office and the chairman's home.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
