**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students and parents in selecting appropriate courses and colleges in Bangalore based on their interests, academic performance, and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about available programs, admission procedures, and financial aid options.
- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and parents, both in-person and virtually.
- Represent SIB at educational fairs, seminars, and events, serving as the face of the company.
- Host and manage events or webinars to engage and inform students and parents.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Track and follow up on leads, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Keep updated with the latest educational trends, programs, and admission requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student outreach and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admission Counselor or in a similar role within the education industry.
- Previous experience in event hosting or anchoring is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
