Profile introduction:

- As a Guest Relations professional at our resort, you'll be the face of hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You'll engage with guests, addressing their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies our resort's values of warmth, excellence, and personalized service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement**: Welcome guests warmly, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and provide information about resort amenities and services.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive resolution.
- **Personalized Service**:Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations or services to enhance their stay.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments (housekeeping, F&B, concierge) to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from guests and relay it to the management for continuous improvement.
- **Events and Special Requests**:Assist in organizing special events, celebrations, or special requests made by guests.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**:Exceptional verbal and written communication in multiple languages preferred.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:Prior experience in a customer-facing role or hospitality industry with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:Capability to handle guest concerns efficiently and effectively.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and customs.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Languages**:English, Hindi, Marathi

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
