Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing new menu items and specials
- Ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Supervising kitchen staff, including hiring and training new employees
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service experience for guests
- Monitoring food and labor costs to maintain profitability
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and incorporating new ideas into menu offerings
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards
- Performing other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in a hotel kitchen setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain inventory levels and manage food and labor costs effectively
- Knowledge of current industry trends and ability to incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
- Adherence to all health and safety regulations and standards.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
