**What this job involves**:
Keeping the Account on the right side of the Statutory Compliance
Do you believe that there should be zero compromise when it comes to Statutory Compliance?

Serving as the co-ordinator behind Statutory compliance of JLL and all Vendor partners, your top concern is to guarantee that all Statutory Compliance including Contract Labour, Building Compliances etc are met during Service delivery. In particular, you’ll carry out the critical task of monitoring compliance audit results and following up to implement corrective actions as required.

Elevating our Compliance levels
On a daily basis, you’ll find yourself dealing with different Vendor partners, Audit Teams and SMEs on Compliance requirements. You will need to dedicate some time ensuring proper controls are in place to safeguard the account from compliance risks.

Up to par
Are you a degree holder with at least five years’ work experience in related fieds? We’re looking for someone well-versed in Statutory and Building Compliance laws and knows the facility management industry.

A standout professional
Do you have amazing documentation and admin skills? If you’re also a genius in Microsoft (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and can shift gears from being a team player to a leader, then we want you on board
