**Job Summary**: As a Sales Assistant, you will support our sales team in executing effective sales strategies, managing customer relations, and facilitating the smooth operation of sales activities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the sales team with organizing and prioritizing daily tasks.

Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.

Support the sales team in achieving their monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Arrange meetings and calls between prospective clients and sales executives.

Follow up on sales inquiries and outbound calls as needed.

Provide administrative support including scheduling, file management, and correspondence.

Assist with the planning and execution of sales events and conferences.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a sales assistant or another relevant administrative support role.

Familiarity with market research, sales, and negotiating principles.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in English and strong writing skills.

Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.

Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

High school diploma; further education in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
