- Responding to Social Media Enquiries
- Coordination with customers regarding value added services like stitching
- Coordination between customers and tailoring units
- Updating product details on the website
- Order checking and Quality Checks prior to shipping products to customers

**Key Skills**
- Good Oral and Written Communication skills in English
- Customer Query Handling, Finding a Solution
- Knowledge of Hindi / Telugu will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
