**Job Title**: North Indian CDP

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie specializing in **North Indian cuisine** to join our culinary team. The role requires expertise in preparing and presenting authentic North Indian dishes, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality North Indian dishes in line with restaurant standards.
- Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and new recipes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure optimal use of ingredients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role with expertise in North Indian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional spices, cooking methods, and plating techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cuisine kitchen environment.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
