**Managing in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Fulfilment, Flipkart Seller Portal and Ecommerce Portals**
- **Ecommerce Management, Reconciliation,Returns Management etc**
- **Ecommerce Enrollement on International Portals and Management.**
- **Other roles based on performance and requirement.**
- **Increase sales output for the online mode of business through key account relationship management**
- **Update inventory & pricing on portals, as required**
- **Ensure no breaches in fulfilment and timely compliances on portals for shipments.**
- **Create and maintain correct product data sheets and other records diligently and regularly.**
- **Manage Amazon Ads on AMS portals**
- **Share timely information on available opportunities of promotions on portals**
- **Share reports / MIS with the management / other teams on a timely basis, as required**
- **Responsible for follow up from start till dispatch and making sure for timely delivery of consignments.**
- **Check and verify returns and file claims for damaged products Manage warehouse staff and delegate work to them.**
- **Handle & respond to customer queries and other mails promptly**
- **Coordinate with merchandisers and clients to ensure maximum visibility**

**Skills Required**:

- **Advanced excel (vlookup, pivots, etc.)**
- **Knowledge of backend operations (listings, price changes, inventory changes, claims, order processing) on seller panels of flipkart / amazon / shopify / paytm and other similar portals.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
