**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
- Generate Amazon FBA shipments and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure correct shipments.
- Process daily orders on all marketplace portals and generate shipping labels.
- Manage and resolve tickets raised on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve product listings and optimize sales.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, specifically with platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong understanding of FBA shipment processes and marketplace policies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
