**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and adventure-based activities.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all event elements align with their expectations.
- Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Operations, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle on-site event management, overseeing logistics, setup, and breakdown.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to procure necessary event materials.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining event quality.
- Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain event documentation, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities related to events.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during event execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per event schedules.

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field

**Minimum Job Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the hospitality industry
