The F&B Sales Coordinator supports the Food & Beverage Sales team by managing client inquiries, coordinating events and bookings, preparing sales documents, and ensuring excellent client service. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, the sales team, and operational departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and other sales documentation.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of meetings, banquets, and other catered events.
- Maintain and update sales databases and client records in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads, confirmations, and payment details.
- Communicate client needs and preferences clearly to relevant departments (kitchen, banquet, operations).
- Coordinate site inspections and client meetings in collaboration with the sales team.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all event and sales processes follow brand standards and health/safety guidelines.
- Support promotional activities and F&B marketing efforts when required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales, catering, or event coordination preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
