Core Responsibilities:
Sales Proposals
- Check RFQ feasibility for FITOK/Project Offerings. Accept RFQ and register all inquiries in ABPT Databank within 1 day.
- Work on all inquiries and generate quotations within 2 days.
- Update digital case folder for Quote, Sales order & and Databank.
- Check quotation as per customer purchase orders and checklist and update the checklist for sale, and purchase pricing then forward to SCM department for sales order generation within 1 day time.
- Nominated customer handling from inquiry receives to order closer.

Order Management Review
- Check and approve Sales Orders after generation and send Sales orders to customers (automation).
- Check and approve Supplier Purchase Order after generation.
- Update payment details in Zoho after receipt of payment.

Quote Follow-Up
- Generate Quote follow-up Live & Hold status data weekly and forward the same to the Sales Team.
- Update Quote Follow-up Live status data in databank as per information received from the Sales team weekly.
- Track/review and analyze Win/Loss ratio and send the same to SB/AB

Communication & Teamwork
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and get quotations.
- Co-ordinate with the SCM department to generate purchase orders for suppliers.
- Support the Sales Team to follow up with customers for getting on-time payments.
- Project orders for documentation and coordination.
- Ability to work effectively with others toward shared responsibilities

Resolve customer queries and complaints within the stipulated time.

Skill Required
- Good Communication Skill

Good Commercial knowledge.

Good Import Export documentation knowledge

Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Effective time management Skills.

Sound warehousing procedures, and knowledge.

Knowledge of Inco Terms

Basic knowledge of GST, and TDS tax.

Ability to handle people and their grievances.

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Qualification required.

any Graduate - preferably from an accounts background
