**Job Summary**:
This is a **front-line customer-facing role** that demands a strong sales mindset, product expertise, polished communication, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Understand the client’s needs and recommend suitable jewellery options.
- Effectively present and promote **Polki, Diamond, and Jadau jewellery collections**, highlighting unique features and craftsmanship.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by engaging in consultative selling.
- Handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current jewellery trends and competitor offerings.
- Assist in visual merchandising and showroom upkeep to ensure an inviting environment.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly to build a loyal client base.
- Manage sales invoices, billing, and handle high-value jewellery transactions with care.
- Coordinate with the back office for stock updates and customer requests.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in the jewellery retail sector (mandatory).
- Strong product knowledge in **Polki diamonds, Jadau, and traditional Indian jewellery**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Pleasant personality with grooming and etiquette suited for a premium showroom environment.
- Confidence in handling **HNI (High Net Worth Individual)** clients and premium sales.
- Strong team spirit and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
