**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop creative and market-aligned silver jewelry collections as per customer requirements and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and produce samples for new jewelry ranges to expand our offerings.
- Collaborate with artisans to ensure seamless production workflows, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of production and recommend improvements to enhance craftsmanship.
- Stay updated with market trends, materials, and design innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand customer preferences and translate them into appealing designs.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in jewelry design, preferably in silver jewelry or related fields.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in jewelry design software/tools (e.g., CAD, CorelDRAW, or similar).
- Strong understanding of silver jewelry craftsmanship, including the use of precious and semi-precious stones.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with artisans and team members.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Creativity and a passion for design, with the ability to adapt to customer needs and market trends.

**Work Schedule**
- Day shift
- In-person work at our office located at Vidhyut Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur
