**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their jewelry needs, design preferences, and budget.
- **Product Recommendation**: Suggest suitable jewelry pieces based on style, metal, gemstones, and occasion.
- **Custom Design Assistance**: Collaborate with designers and customers to create **bespoke jewelry**, providing guidance on CAD designs, material selection, and personalization options.
- **Offer & Pricing Preparation**: Work closely with the sales team to prepare customized **pricing and offers** based on customer requirements and brand pricing strategies.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Assist in closing sales by educating clients about product quality, diamond certification, and value-added services.
- **Follow-ups & CRM Management**: Maintain records of customer inquiries, proposals, and sales pipeline in the CRM for timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- **Market & Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with jewelry industry trends, pricing changes, and competitor strategies to refine recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in jewelry sales, design consultation, or merchandising.**:

- **Strong understanding of jewelry pricing, gemstones, diamonds, and luxury retail.**:

- Ability to **prepare and negotiate pricing offers** based on client preferences and budget.
- **Excellent communication and persuasion skills** to engage with customers and close sales.
- **Experience with CAD jewelry design tools** (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business** for seamless customer interactions.
