**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office activities
- Maintain office supplies, oversee courier services, and handle clerical tasks
- Assist the HR and administration team with day-to-day tasks
- Ensure the reception and office area remain neat and organized

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
