A plant administrator oversees daily operations within a plant or facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies. They manage administrative tasks, coordinate resources, and often act as a liaison between the plant and other departments or external parties. Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**: Handling general office duties, managing employee records, coordinating procurement and inventory, processing invoices, and maintaining databases.
- **Operational Support**: Overseeing scheduling, shift management, and coordinating with different departments.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- **Communication**: Facilitating communication between plant management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- **Reporting**: Preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to management.
- **Facility Management**: Ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility, including asset management and hygiene.
- **Budgeting**: Working with the finance team to establish and monitor budgets.
- **Special Projects**: Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), inventory management software, and potentially plant-specific systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem-solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in plant operations or administrative roles is often beneficial.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per year
