Job Title AM - HR Location Sec- 76 Gurugram Haryana Job Summary HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resource activities for the plant and corporate office This role focuses majorly on recruitment along with onboarding Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant operations including sourcing interviewing and onboarding of new employees Partner with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Employee Relations Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees addressing employee concerns grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives Qualifications Bachelo s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferred 5 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a manufacturing industry Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
