**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide level 1 to 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Application System to end users.
- Liaise with Application System vendors
- Assist in change management projects for organizational improvements across all departments to optimize the use of IT systems.
- Assist in planning and consulting with individuals and teams to evaluate the challenges and identify proposed changes required in IT systems and infrastructure to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in creating and maintain documentation of new processes and system implementations. Provide general knowledge sharing with the team.
- Assist in other IT-related operations, administration, and maintenance functions as required.

- Excellent communication skills from the executive level to hands-on resources are critical to success.

- Detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong ability to be an active listener. Able to present complex, technical ideas in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience and Organisational Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related environment, tools, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of common Windows productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Minimum 2 years of IT related experience working across multiple domains.
- Minimum 1 years of Dynamics 365 Administration experience.
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
