**Job Purpose**
- They are required to interact with customers on behalf of organization for various reasons - take orders, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints and provide Information

**JOB Description**

Keep records of the customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.

Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns.

Review and make changes to customers’ accounts

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Compliance with SOPs/Circulars: Ensuring the process is managed/handled as per the SOPs/circular/Exchange guideline.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
