**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**-To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail**

**-Resolve the customer issue for international customers.**

**-To provide the best resolution to the customers.**

**-Maintain the better relationship with the customers.**

**-Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
