**Position Overview**:
**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Solid understanding of retail branding, merchandising related execution processes.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication & documentation skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of invoice handling and procurement workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations)
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and working under tight timelines.

**Tools & Software Knowledge**:

- MS Office Suite - Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must.
- Experience with project tracking tools, Google Sheets/Forms, or CRM software will be an advantage.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years in retail branding, POSM management, or field marketing operations or vendor co-ordination.
- Experience in telecom, FMCG, consumer electronics, or related industries is highly desirable.
