**Job Title: Social Media & SEO Executive**

**Location**: Frontier Jewellers, Dehradun

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conceptualize, create, and post engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- Shoot and edit reels, videos, and other multimedia content for social media.
- Engage with customers online and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- **Customer Engagement & UGC**:

- Encourage and gather User-Generated Content (UGC) from customers who visit the store, ensuring we get reviews and content for promotional purposes.
- Build relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and improve customer retention.
- **Influencer Coordination**:

- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for product promotions and collaborations.
- Track influencer campaigns and ensure that their content aligns with brand goals.
- **SEO & Digital Presence**:

- Strengthen and maintain the company’s digital presence across search engines and platforms.
- Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Optimize website content for better search engine visibility.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment on digital marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns and SEO efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the brand’s digital presence ahead of the curve.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation (shooting and editing videos, photography, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box.
- A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing.
- Graphic design skills or experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
