We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our brand's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. This role involves assisting in content creation, managing social channels, monitoring analytics, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand creatives.
- Support in running paid social media campaigns and tracking their performance.
- Analyze social media insights, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnership coordination.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with business objectives.

**Requirements-**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in social media marketing (internship experience is acceptable).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills-**
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Understanding of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
