**About the Position**:
Digital Plus 24x7 is seeking a proactive and innovative individual to join our team as a **Social Media and Non-Profit Engagement Intern**. This role offers an exciting opportunity to not only enhance our company’s online presence but also contribute to meaningful non-profit initiatives. You will assist in managing social media platforms while actively supporting our non-profit organizational work, including fundraising and related responsibilities. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain diverse, hands-on experience in both digital marketing and social impact work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing and updating Digital Plus 24x7's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content, such as posts, images, and videos, in collaboration with the design team to showcase our company’s services and offerings.
- Monitor social media channels for interactions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to develop social media campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- **Non-Profit Engagement**:

- Support our non-profit initiatives by assisting with organizational work and managing related communications.
- Take part in fundraising efforts, including researching potential donors, drafting proposals, and organizing campaigns.
- Help coordinate events or activities that align with our social impact goals.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging content, including captivating captions and visually appealing visuals.
- Interest in non-profit work and a passion for making a positive impact.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
