**Position : SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN**

**Location : Dehradun
- Uttarakhand**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize social media accounts Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
- Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime.
- Grow our social media following by increasing followers, likes, shares, and comments
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on all social media platforms
- Collaborate with the content team to share website content on social media platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc.) to optimize content and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and management.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
- Excellent content creation and curation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and advertising platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, writing, and graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hoot suite, Sprout Social, etc.).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with video editing and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search engines.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
