
Sales Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research prospective B2B clients within the target industries and geographical regions.
- Utilize various sources such as online databases, industry directories, and social media platforms to compile a comprehensive list of potential leads.
- Segment leads based on criteria such as industry type, company size, and purchasing behavior to prioritize outreach efforts.
2. Cold Calling Campaigns:
- Develop and execute effective cold calling scripts tailored to resonate with the target audience and address their pain points.
- Make outbound calls to prospects with the goal of introducing the company's products/services, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-up meetings or product demonstrations.
- Engage in active listening to understand the prospect's needs, objections, and buying motivations, and adjust the pitch accordingly.
3. Relationship Building:
- Establish rapport and build trust with prospects through clear communication, professionalism, and product knowledge.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource by providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing concerns to position the company as a valuable partner.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information as needed, and move them through the sales funnel.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all cold calling activities, including calls made, conversations held, and outcomes achieved, using CRM software.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call-to-conversion ratio, lead quality, and pipeline progression to measure the effectiveness of cold calling efforts.
- Generate regular reports and insights on lead generation and conversion metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
5. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
- Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align cold calling efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- Provide feedback and insights from prospect interactions to help refine messaging, improve lead qualification criteria, and optimize the sales process.
- Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns to support cold calling initiatives and maximize lead generation opportunities.
6. Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance understanding of the target market and refine sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to improve cold calling techniques, objection handling, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
