**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and communication.
- Coordinate sales activities, schedules, and appointments.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing sales documents and presentations.
- Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding sales orders.
- Maintain customer databases and records to ensure they are up to date.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues or concerns.
- **Order Processing**:

- Input and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy.
- Process quotes, contracts, and other documents required for sales transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and confirmation of order status.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, tracking sales performance and key metrics.
- Monitor sales forecasts and track progress against targets.
- Provide insight and support for sales team strategy planning and decision-making.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Ensure smooth logistics coordination between customers and delivery teams.
- Assist in inventory management and stock ordering to fulfill customer needs.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in communication and sales strategy.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, or trade shows.
- **Documentation & Filing**:

- Maintain accurate and organized sales documentation and records.
- Ensure all customer contracts and sales agreements are filed correctly and are accessible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
