We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will assist customers in finding the right products, answer their questions, and provide product recommendations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Sales**: Actively promote products and services, demonstrate product features, and close sales to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall store goals, support new employees, and share best practices.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues promptly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
