**Job Overview**

Mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in Mumbai. Full-Time employment.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- PA diploma or certification is a plus

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Assist Senior for his daily work as and when required
- Handling Booking of flight, Train, Hotel for all team members
- Schedule Team meetings
- Purchase & maintain all stock of housekeeping / stationary etc
- Maintain Asset register
- Handle Delegation for Varun Sir
- Making calls / meeting the clients for pushing Sales
- Visiting the other branch offices as and when required
- Explain HR policy to New Joinee and ensure adherence to the same by all
- Taken care of Despline in the office
- Maintain attendance of the team members
- Handle all administration of the office
- Manage all work related to festivals and events

Pay: ₹288,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
