- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to provide exceptional service.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Follow health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Cook - Fresher Role**Position Overview**:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. You will help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and following food storage procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- **Cooking**: Prepare ingredients and cook food in various utensils or grillers.
- **Quality Control**: Check food while cooking to stir or turn, ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
- **Sanitation**: Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure all food and other items are stored properly and monitor stock, placing orders when there are shortages.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a cook is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
