**Job Description**:
The Training Coordinator organises schedules and bookings while also keeping track of the artists' and managers' daily activities. This person must be resilient, proactive, and able to work collaboratively as part of a larger vision. A personable nature who knows how to be upbeat and motivate team members.

The following tasks provide a general overview of the types of activity the role holder will be expected to engage in on a day-to-day basis. The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities as the nature of our business requires all employees to be flexible, self-motivated and to think creatively when presented with challenges.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- He/she will be coordinating and execute all logístical tasks associated with planning training program
- Communicate all the training programs schedule on a timely base
- Maintain a planning spreadsheet of Lead Artists and department managers to contribute to virtual/classroom courses
- Collaborate with other internal teams including HOD, HOC, HR- people manager and Technology to run the training implementation effectively
- Adheres to guidelines, standards, and best practices for optimizing the learning experience
- Other duties as needs and opportunities arise

**Qualifications**:

- Experience within a deadline driven creative environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent organizational skills, strong time management skills and ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good experience with Excel, analysis, and reporting
- Self-starter who is flexible, action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
