**Key Responsibilities**
- Onboard, train, and activate new resellers.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships.
- Support partner deal structuring and closures.
- Drive license sales via channel partners.
- Track partner pipeline and submit regular reports.
- Support marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for resellers.

**Key Requirements**:

- 4-8 years of experience in channel sales/partner sales/SaaS sales.
- Prior experience working with resellers, VARs, and distributors.
- Strong follow-up and CRM discipline.
- Excellent communication and partner enablement skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Familiarity with HR tech/productivity SaaS is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

**Must-Have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Onboarding and activation of 5-7 new resellers in 6-12 months
- 10,000+ licenses sold through partners within 12 months
- Partner satisfaction and retention
- Clean, updated, and growing partner pipeline
