As the Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of order processing associates, and optimizing workflows to meet production targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in order processing or a related role, with at least X years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
