**Duties/Responsibilities**:
Facilitates efficient and accurate processing of online orders.

Maintains product database with product numbers, descriptions, and pricing information, adding new products.

Processes billing invoices.

Inbound - Calling Buyers / Handling Calls For order confirmation or verification

**Language**:
Good English - Read, Write & Speak (preferred)

**Required Skills/Abilities**:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software used to track inventory and create records.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
Hires and trains new staff.

Oversees the daily workflow and work scheduling of the department.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

**Education and Experience**:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.

Supervisory role, preferably in order processing or customer service, required.

**Physical Requirements**:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Working Hours 9.00 to 6.00 [Sunday closed]

Located in MSX Tower - 2, Sector Alpha 1, Greater Noida

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
