Job OverviewThe primary objective of this role is to manage daily order processing, encompassing receipt, shipment, reconciliation, and billing.Responsibilities include processing daily orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.This involves collaboration with various departments to guarantee seamless communication and efficient logistics.Key tasks include PLM/ORACLE/MES/EIP system maintenance, data management, and troubleshooting.Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for collecting and filing transportation documents, monitoring shipments in real-time, and addressing anomalies as they arise.This position also entails assisting in the development of departmental systems and training programs.Key Responsibilities:Order Processing: Receive, process, and ship orders in a timely manner.Logistics Coordination: Liaise with planning, production, warehousing, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.System Management: Maintain and troubleshoot PLM/ORACLE/MES/EIP systems.Documentation: Collect, file, and maintain transportation documents.Real-Time Monitoring: Supervise logistics transportation and distribution in real-time.Training and Development: Assist in establishing management systems and training programs within the department.
