**Job Responsibility**:

- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective retailers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and retailer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of retailer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- _Analyze the territory_/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on retailer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

**Job Requirements**:

- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
