Job Title: Sales Representative - Interior Company
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Interior Company. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to visit various interior design companies and generate new business opportunities by bringing in clients for our company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research and identify potential interior design companies that align with our target customer profile.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key personnel in interior design companies.
Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, such as brochures and presentations, to support your sales efforts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Continuously meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to sales management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to identify and capitalize on potential sales prospects.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience in the interior design industry or related field is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive revenue.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, juggling multiple client visits and sales activities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads.
Willingness to travel extensively to visit different interior design companies and attend industry events as required.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹43,205.30 per month
