**Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts.
- Create compelling and visually appealing graphics that align with brand guidelines.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital advertisements.
- Develop layouts and production designs for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Amend designs based on feedback and make revisions as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or from Banking/Finance, FMCG, Insurance (or equivalent work experience).
- Must have experience of 5-6 years.
- Must have experience in AI Tools. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Filmora etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective graphic design solutions.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Experience in creating illustrations or infographics.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:
