**Job Description: Motion Graphics Designer**

**Position**: Motion Graphics Designer
**Location**: Sector 43,Gurugram
**Department**: Creative / Design / Marketing
**Reports to**: Creative Director / Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Creation**:

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing motion graphics content.
- Animate characters, objects, and text for explainer videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics seamlessly to create compelling narratives.
- Ensure that all video and graphic elements are polished, consistent with brand guidelines, and meet project objectives.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain a consistent visual style across all motion graphics content in line with the company’s brand identity.
- Create custom visual elements and transitions to enhance the brand's storytelling.
- **Storyboarding & Concept Development**:

- Develop storyboards to visualize the sequence of the motion graphic projects.
- Participate in brainstorming and idea generation sessions to contribute creative ideas for videos, campaigns, and promotions.
- **3D Animation (if applicable)**:

- Create 3D motion graphics or animations (if required) using industry-standard software.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with video editors, designers, and other team members to integrate motion graphics into multimedia projects.
- Take direction and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, making necessary adjustments to deliver the final product on time.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, animation techniques, and graphic design principles.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, color, and timing.
- Ability to create storyboards, visualize ideas, and translate concepts into motion graphics.
- Knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya) is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in motion graphics design or related fields.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and video work is required.

- Ability to stay updated with the latest motion design trends and technologies.
