**About This Role**
A Mentor at Makershala is the key person having the responsibility for making the vision a reality by ensuring quality learning outcomes. A Mentor works with learners and conducts projects online or offline or in both environments. The role demands a committed, motivated, patient, observant & process-driven person.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Demo projects, workshops, seminars online and offline (working location) for children, parents & schools.
- Conduct & mentor learners from grades 3-10 in guided projects and ensure timely completion.
- Support school, parents & learners in managing project tools & materials
- Assess assigned learners according to project assessment rubrics.
- Ensure completion of all project activities by each learner enrolled in the course.
- Ensure publishing of project outcomes/solutions as per the provided instructions.
- Establish communication with Inlearner parents and share timely updates.
- Provide feedback to the Curriculum team and suggest improvements in all aspects of designed projects.
- Self-Learn new design, media & technology platforms & tools.

**Skills & Experience**
- A person who is a committed teacher; a good listener; has a quest to learn & unlearn, available to support anytime; adaptable & open-minded; self-motivated & inspiring, and challenges/guides in the right manner.
- Understanding and practice of the Design Thinking Process.
- Good conceptual understanding of basic science & maths principles.
- Good experience with any of the mentioned design, media & technology platforms, and tools will be preferred. TinkerCAD, Fusion 360, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

**Qualification**
- Experience: 1-5 years of teaching experience.
- Graduate from Tier I & II Institutes.
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Ed./B.Sc./M.Ed./M.Sc./M.E./M.Tech.
- Previous teaching experience in IB/IGCSE/PBL schools with be an advantage.

**Job Details**
- Designation: Project Mentor
- Salary: 3 to 8 LPA. Based on experience.
- Timings: 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 PM
- Industry: E-Learning, Education Management, K-12 Education.
- Employment Type: Permanent/Contract
- Location: NCR (Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida), Mohali

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
